Golston was the 49th best prospect in the nation for the Class of 2002 according to Rivals.com. He was All-State and a Parade All-American. He played basketball as well as wrestling, where he finished 2nd in the state his junior year.
College: University of Georgia – Athens, GA – 2002 to 2006
He was the first freshman in 10 years to start on Georgia’s defensive line. He had a productive career at Georgia but was hampered by injuries to his elbow and to his shoulder blade.
